We are an independent recruitment agency focused on the events, experiential and integrated communications sectors. Founded in 2014 by Emma Castle, CastleBell has become known for its service and success in finding the right talent in true collaboration with its clients.
After 20 years working in advertising and integrated agencies, Andrew Bell partnered with Emma in 2017. He has helped CastleBell to expand its mix of clients and candidates across the marketing and communications sector.
We don’t have a traditional office, instead we use coffee shops, Zoom and the Soho House Group to meet with clients and candidates. We are very happy to travel to meetings rather than expecting people to take time off to come to an office base.
